This playful lot is a blend of Castillo and Caturra varieties grown in the hills of Acevedo, Huila. After a 24-hour pre-fermentation and initial anaerobic stage, the cherries are de-pulped and undergo a second five-day co-fermentation with dehydrated grapes. The result? A juicy, winey cup with a bold personality.
